Common questions
How do I start over?
Open Settings (the gear at the top right of the Home screen), choose Reset all progress and confirm. This clears your levels, pearls, friends and decorations on this iPhone. It cannot be undone.
Will I lose my progress if I update the app?
No. Updates keep your progress. Progress is saved on your iPhone only, so deleting the app removes it.
How do lives work?
Leaving or losing an unfinished rescue uses one life. You have up to five, and one comes back every 30 minutes. Each day you also get free minutes of unlimited lives that you can start and pause from the lives panel.
How do I earn pearls?
Rescue friends, finish journeys and play Deep Dive from the Activities tab. You keep every pearl you collect in a Deep Dive, plus a bonus for reaching the surface. Pearls are used to decorate your friends’ homes and for extra moves and life refills.
Where are my friends?
Rescued friends live in the Collection tab. When you finish a journey you can welcome that friend home; from there you can visit them, share gifts and decorate.
I am testing through TestFlight. How do I send feedback?
Open the TestFlight app, choose Bubble Rescue and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can attach a screenshot. You can also email us with the version and build number from Settings.
Does the game collect my data?
