Common questions
How do I join the beta?
On your iPhone, install TestFlight from the App Store, then open the TD List beta link (opens in a new tab) in Safari and tap Accept, then Install. The App Store Connect and TestFlight listing is “TD Lists”; the name on your iPhone is “TD List.”
Why isn’t a shared list updating?
Shared lists sync through iCloud. Check that everyone is signed in to iCloud, has iCloud turned on for TD List and is online. Sync timing depends on iCloud and your connection. Open the list on both phones and allow time for changes to arrive. If the problem continues, send us the app version and any error shown.
Can I get an archived item back?
Yes. Open Archive to restore an item to its list or delete it for good.
I’m testing through TestFlight. How do I send feedback?
Open the TestFlight app, choose TD List and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can attach a screenshot. You can also email us.
Does TD List collect my data?
Tosh Development does not receive your list contents. Lists stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. Optional Microsoft import uses Microsoft’s sign-in service, which processes account and diagnostic information. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I import from Microsoft To Do?
Open Settings, choose the Microsoft To Do import option and sign in with Microsoft. Select a list and the active tasks to copy. Import copies task titles only, and the order may differ from your manually arranged Microsoft list. Attachments, completed tasks and recurring rules are not imported. Your original Microsoft tasks stay unchanged.
Is TD List free, and does it include AI voice?
The public 1.0 release is free, with no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. AI voice commands are not included in this release.
